What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 11:00. If you need an early arrival or a late check-out, let us know and we will do our best.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available for hotel guests free of charge.
Is breakfast included?
A buffet breakfast is served every morning at Camelia from 06:30 (weekends until 11:00). Whether it is included depends on the rate you book.
How far is Hotel Garden from the city centre and the airport?
The hotel is about 3 km from the centre of Prishtina, roughly a 10-minute taxi ride, with simple connections to the airport and the bus station.
Can I use the spa if I am not staying at the hotel?
Please contact us for day access. Spa reservations must be made 24 hours in advance on weekdays and 48 hours in advance on weekends. Minimum age is 21.
Who can use the Garden Wonder Pool?
The minimum age is 18, and 21 on weekends. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The outdoor pool is open in the summer season.
Do you host weddings and private events?
Yes. We plan weddings, engagements, birthdays and private dinners with our own catering and event team. Send us your date and number of guests for an offer.
Can we combine a conference with rooms and meals?
Yes. Our two conference rooms can be booked together with coffee breaks, lunch, dinner and accommodation for participants.
